The Vintage Club – Indian Wells Wedding
Love gets better and better!
SueAnn and Brian’s love was very evident on their wedding day at The Vintage Club in Indian Wells, California. Through lots of personal touches, traditions and the uniting of two families, all the preparation time and planning with our Bride and Groom helped us create a wedding that truly meant something to them. That alone is a joyous outcome for us as planners and coordinators who love what we do, and love to create decor and surrounding for these special couples we get to work with.
The quiet, sweet moments for SueAnn and Brian’s wedding were so special and engaging. The bride’s beautiful vision of her wedding day was revealed in each detail. Bright whites, golds and a touch of red was her color scheme, and who doesn’t love that?
The Vision Events team made sure to really listen to the vision they wanted for their day…
from the important meaning of the white onyx and quartz stone (her new married name would now be ’Stone’) name place markers which were adorned with calligraphy handwritten names of each guest, to the monogrammed photo interactive wall built and created by Vision Events, with the custom-made monogram by Purnel Woodworking which also showed up even at the Dessert Bar. The monogrammed cookies were made by Lisa Provenza-Bebar of Fine Art Cookies and were a surprise Vision Events had made for the Bride and Groom.
There were accented elements of the bride and the groom’s families and their personal likes in so many of the details. For instance, the Fortune Cookies custom ordered and dipped with white chocolate and sprinkles representing the bride, to the stone tray holding the traditional ceremony broken glass, and so much more. The Wedding Chuppah adorned with floral accents and detailing was provided by The Flower Mart, in Palm Desert and was exactly what the bride wanted. The accent of red was beautifully represented in the florals for the Bride, and her daughter’s bouquets. The entry at The Vintage Club was a perfect hall for the Ceremony with the Chuppah, and rows of gold chivari chairs. On each chair was a personalized Welcome Card done by the bride, a red fan for their guests comfort, and we added a personal tag that read “Thanks for sharing this day with us…STAY COOL! Love, S & B! We love all of those fun, small but wonderful details! Vision Events created reserved family name tags for each of the VIP chairs, and adored the reserved family aisle chairs with gorgeous white satin ribbons ties.
The personal touches at the Cocktail Hour in the beautiful Bar/Lounge @ The Vintage Club like the framed pictures of the Bride and Groom’s relationship, personalized cocktail napkins. The reception in the bi-level ballroom with the gorgeous highlights of dusk and glistening lights of the lake that set the backdrop for the live band, personalized video show, Vision Events creation for the underlit lucite table chart flanked by two gorgeous gold candelabra’s are just a few of the beautiful details. The family tables centerpieces were personalized and different from the guests, and the Bride and Groom’s Sweetheart table was majestic from the white quilted high back settee, clear glass topped table on custom white pedestals, personalized table settings just for our Bride and Groom.
The Dessert Table was adorned with beautiful and detailed serving platters, risers, and fun accents that created the display for the amazing and beautifully done desserts and treats made by Exquisite Desserts and Fine Art Cookies, and, of course we had fun adding color coordinated candies, candy boxes, cups and fun bags!
The three tiered cake by Exquisite Desserts was gorgeous with the white fondant, brushed gold accenting, red ribbon piping, white roses, and then to top this beautiful work of art off Vision Events had a lucite under lit topper made to properly finish off this gorgeous creation, and complement our lucite under lit table chart. Symbols of love were everywhere from the cake table, to the room accented decor and so much more. All of the table cloths were beautiful white sequins from our Vision Events rental department.
The bride loved this quote, “I have found the one whom my soul loves.” ~Song of Soloman 3:4 and we surprised her wish the quote beautifully written on a gorgeous framed mirror which we gifted to the couple as our thank you for letting us help them make this beautiful moment in their new lives together happen.
